5. Health Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The sleep data, recovery scores, and routine recommendations provided by the App are for informational and general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, fitness, or recovery regimen.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, graphics, and trademarks within the App are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
